Board and Train
This three week Board and Train Program is where I train your dog through real world experiences and encounters. The mission is very hands on, I am not only training the dog, but also you! You engagement is of the utmost importance to help train your dog - because of this - there will be a training session halfway through the Board and Train. I will show you the dog’s progress as well as how to continue the training protocol. In addition, there will be a Go Home Training Session, including two optional follow up sessions.
The Board and Train Program takes the stress of beginning the training process off of you! I use the eCollar to teach your dog basic commands; aside from that, I address and correct behavioural issues such as jumping, counter-surfing, separation anxiety, etc. I take your dog on field trips and adventures, could be on the hiking trails or even in restaurants! All of these moments help develop a calm state of mind and exposure skills to make your journey more enjoyable!
The whole program will cost approximately $1,500, including the eCollar-this price is subject to change.
Private Sessions
A private session is where I meet you at your home, in a public place, or even in the wilderness! In this session, you will be doing the majority of the work while I coach you. You and your dog will be given homework to practice before our next session.
Four sessions are required and it costs $75 per hour. Private sessions are currently for existing clients only-though open to new clients on a case-by-case basis.
Consultations
A consultation is when I come to meet you at your house, in public, or even in my backyard to talk to you about your concerns for the dog, questions I have for you, etc. This is where I decide if your dog fits with my training style and you decide if I meet your training style! The consultation also helps me to figure out your dog’s behaviour, reactivity, quirks, and tendencies.
